The service rep (Kevin) did a very good job in 100+ heat.  Kevin stayed
   until the new system was up and running without leaks. The other reps
   were very good too. All were friendly and courteous.

   Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning, our Trane Dealer were the most
   professional, efficient, thorough and also seemed genuinely kind
   people. The installation was a replacement of a 20 yr. old existing unit.
   Holtzople was contracted out to us for installing two Trane units to our
   multiple additions. Our 20 year old system dyed before the additions
   were complete but instead of fixing it I called Holtzople. It took one day
   to order the system and two days to install. They had to nearly rewire
   the entire attic to do the horrible job the previous installers did 20 years
   ago. Nearly all the work was done in the attic where the temperatures
   were 90 to 100 degrees, both duct work and electrical. There were no
   idol hands, someone was doing something all the time. Both my wife
   and myself commented on the professionalism of all parties involved
   in the project. Thanks for the opportunity for us to be heard.
